Warren Buffett is not only the world’s most famous investor but also the CEO of a 600+ billion-dollar corporation. As such, one would expect him to live on a hectic schedule, with a flurry of meetings, speeches, and interviews all day. One would expect him to be on the road most of the time, visiting business units, meeting clients, and schmoozing with potential partners. In what little time is left, one would expect him to process mountains of emails and other forms of correspondence.

But how does he, in fact, spend most of his time? In his own words: "I just sit in my office and read all day." This seemingly eccentric behavior, shared by his long-time partner Charlie Munger, is precisely at the root of the duo’s spectacular success.
