Herschel Walker is a former American football player who played a variety of roles and was known not only for his versatility, but also for his granite-like physique.
Interestingly, in terms of exercise, he didn’t rely on weight-lifting, but on bodyweight exercises, including around 2,000 to 3,000 push-ups and sit-ups every day.
